  For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice.   We loved our stay in Riad Houdou because of the beauty of the place, and the kindness and attention of Eric and Didier, the hotel proprietors, and all the lovely staff. I went with my two elderly aunts and we had a fantastic time. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us. The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra.   I really loved the customer service the Riad gave us. When we arrived they served us tea with pastries inside a relaxing area. Mustafa is amazing, he woke up early (6am) to serve us breakfast before an excursion.   We truly loved everything, when we arrived we were delighted for the good taste of the decoration of the riad and the sympathy of the staff. We were recieved with a mint tea and marroccan sweets which made us immediatly taste a little of marrakech. The breakfast was good, the room was very nice (we stayed at double room Safran which i truly reccommend) but if we return to - A really peaceful retreat from the bustle of Marrackech.
