The Riad is an oasis of peace and tranquility in Marrakech; the pool is particularly wonderful. It is well-located and the perfe - Excellent location - an easy walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the hubub of the Medina Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style. The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

  This was a great place to stay in the heart of the medina. The area is mostly residential and in the evening you could hear the giggles of the children playing in the alley and birds roosting in the bushes. The staff were very freindly and welcoming. I was taken ill during my stay and they were very kind in directing where to buy medicines and... cosa dice la gente » advising what I could eat/drink. nothing was too much trouble. - It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the souks and a little further to the square. It is easy to find as it is not far from a little square and car park, where we were able to get taxis from. Our room was very comfortable and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving advice in where to go.

Someone from The Red House came to pick us up from the airport and was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. This was a great way to start the holiday. Location just outside the wall provides easy access to the Medina and old city as well as to the new city for shopping and restaurants. An excellent place for staying in Marrakech.   Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.
