well everything really, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or courteous. The hotel was fabuluous and very well situated. - The staff are very kind and helpful.the spa (hammam massage, gommage) isexcellent! Much better than the spa of other 5 star hotel in morrocco.

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel

Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!

It is located in the medina but it was so quiet at night and even during the day. It was very well located within the medina too. Loved it thank you. - The owners - Stephane and Sylvie were so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.The other staff were very friendly and helpful too.We were made to feel very at home. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect.
Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

Lovely Riad, from the moment you walk in, it is an oasis of calm. Such a welcome surprise from the walk to the door through the busy, bustling streets of the Medina. We stayed in Anyssates Suite, was lovely room, traditional but very comfortable.
