Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!. We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke english and was very friendly and accommodating.
