Very good location: on the one of the main streets in medina and yet some steps away from the street noise, so the riad was quiet. Nice modest interior. The riad was highly pleasant household, especially Mustafa. Feels like you are long awaited family member. I would revisit the place again.

The Riad is in a fabulous location, quiet, but moments from the action. The room was comfortable with a good shower. Mustapha and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our taxis, a city guide and an excursion were arranged at reasonable prices. Very good value for money.

The friendlyness of the staff is incredible. I have never before experienced a warmness like this before, as if you are coming home with friends. My friend was sick wenn we arrived and was taken care of immediately. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did not charge, etc. These are lovely people. And the Riad is a nice place. An oasis of calm in the hectic of a Moroccan city.

Very characterful, but modernised riad. Offered upgraded room, which was very spacious and well appointed. Excellent location, close to Bab Bou Jaloud and Bou Inania Medersa. This place is fantastic! Really beautiful architecture right in the
Medina, which means you can do most of the sightseeing by foot. We had
dinner there for 25eur pp, which I think is expensive but the food was
truly amazing. Breakfast was excellent as well. I wish I could stay more
time! We hired a guide through them for 25eur, which was ok. They charge
10eur for a transfer to the train station in a grand-taxi, but we took a
small-taxi there for 2eur.

The Riad is tastefully designed and the decor is chic. Modern feeling
with rain shower head was a great feature. Our bed was very comfortable
and our room (Alia) was large. Breakfast is sufficient with some
variations day to day. We were there for 3 nights so we would not want
to eat the same thing 3 times in a roll. The staff was very helpful and

Riad Layla is on the edge of the Medina, but it is only a few minutes
walk from the blue gate. The terrace has a fantastic view of the old
Medina. The breakfast every morning is wonderful, and each of the staff
is extremely friendly and helpful. We originally booked for 2 days, and
we extended another day of stay in Fez. Both Chaimae and Iolanda speak
fluent English and are gracious in providing us tips around the Medina.
They are exceptionally wonderful hosts. The riad is beautiful, clean,
