There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi driv

Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The pool and pool area was lovely in the sun, as was breakfast on my balcony and downstairs where a wonderful buffet breakfast was served. -

The hotel was not too large but had good facilities, nice pool, nice roof terrace with pool & a nice spa area
Breakfast was the same everyday but there was enough to choose from.
The design of the hotel was well thought out and stylish enough without being pretentious or intimidating

The friendly staff and that they made everything possible. The treatment in the hamman was great. The meals were simple but very good. - It was a beautiful riad and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
