Lovely staff, especially Zubeda ! who provides delicious home cooking for supper if you ask early in the day. Stunning decor. The terrace is chilly at night early in the year , so meals and breakfast can be taken in the internal public areas. Breakfast mainly on the terrace.

Aziz and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was a very pretty Riad with a lovely atmosphere.
The staff were also very flexible and were happy to offer drinks and breakfast after the usual breakfast time had ended. They were happy to do whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable.
It was a 10-15 minute walk to the main square but you can take some lovely small side streets so it is an enjoyable stroll.
Highly recommended!!

This Riad was amazing, all I wanted from our Moroccan trip was to see all the amazing tile and plaster work and once I stepped into this place I didn't need to leave! It was a beautiful exotic oasis great for relaxing by the pool reading a book or just staring at your beautiful surroundings. We stayed here 5 nights and having the pool was the best

Stayed in a 15th century tiled room with stained glass windows and painted ceiling. This riad is central in Marrakesh but our room was silent at night. After you've been in this hotel you are completely spoilt for any of the other buildings in the city as it is SO beautiful!! The roof top balcony, sitting rooms, inner sanctums - all gorgeous. Really friendly welcome and atmosphere in a traditional small riad. It was very much home from home and we were able to relax. There was a great view from the roof terrace over the neighbourhood and towards the mountains. The decor was very eclectic and I enjoyed the old film posters and photographs of Moroccan towns. We felt safe and looked after

Really clean, traditional family friendly riad. The owner was exceptionally welcoming to us. Located really close to main square but not noisy at all. The pool was great for cooling off at the end of the day. Would definitely visit again and stay at chouia chouia.

Location in the middle of Medina, and not far away from the New City. The host of Riad Heva provided excellent service due to the fact that he did not speak english. He had all the answers to our questions and made sure that we got all we asked for. would really recommend you to experience Riad Heva to get the most out of your stay in Morocco.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

The staff were amazing, very friendly, kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owner provided us with an orientation of the city and a list of places to visit. The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Some people may say its a bit far from the main square but this actually worked in our favor as it is a very quiet place to put your feet up after a hectic/hot/tiring day in Marrakesh. Its also very close to the Kasbah and palaces.
