  Staff were lovely, some of the nicest I have dealt with anywhere -polite an helpful and very attentive. A very well run operation in that respect. The room was spacious and well equipped, more functional than luxurious (not necessarily the standard you'd expect form Kempinski, but still very good for Mongolia). Great selection of complimentary TV channels - I would recommend this hotel to anyone and staff were friendly, very attentive clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Standard of service is great which you would find rare in Ulaanbaatar compare to other service sectors. I am delighted and thankful for their warm reception and willingness of extra mile of hard work.
