Very easy access from Rt 1 (take first turn off as you go toward San Jose it is less than a mile on the right, just past Tende 17 used furniture store.   Staff availability & friendliness. Very good internet connection. We had a room with a fridge. Coffee offered @ the bar in the morning. No restaurant but had lots of options nearby. Close to the beach. - Great location, central and within walking distance beach. Shops, restaurants. Nice size room. No tv in room was good for our style.
