Truly incredible! I honestly don't even know what to say. Michelina and Fabrizio personally welcomed us in front of the building, helped us to carry our bags in, and then lavished us with magical kindness and friendliness during our stay. The place was spotless (Michelina is a true cleaning machine!) and the breakfast was amazing! The entire experience, from A to Z, was absolutely phenomenal. I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the accommodations are perfect, the price is perfect. I never write reviews, but this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.
