Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -
it`s a good and confortable hotel for some days close to the airport but no air traffic or any other noice poll

I loved the service from all staff there! Genuinely nice and friendly people working there! Has a great pool bar and beautiful pool. The beach is just steps away! Absolutely loved everything! -

I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is
excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very
friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need.
The beach might not be the best beach in Cancun when the sea is not calm
but that doen not affect the hotel. I did eat at Gustino twice so g

it is, in fact it is superb! Julio is a great, great, efficient and
friendly waiter, in my opinion he is an asset to the m Group. The chef

Almost everything,
the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking.
The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.
Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day.
The staff was skilled and ready to help.
The location is convinient for us - it is on the beach, a bit far

This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Our personal concierge recommended Xcaret to us as an

We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer....
Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The food was great in
all the restaurants and had many options and variety. The swimming pools
were nice and the gym had good and new equipment. All in all, it was a
very pleasant stay with few negative points. -
The location was exellent. Friendly staff.

The rooms are very large, luxurious and clean. The resort has a very nice architecture and size as it is reltively small compared to others.
The food in the restaurant is excellent and other faciltities like the laundry and supermarket were very useful.
Beach and pool are very nice and very suited for little children.

The stuff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They care about the very details to maintain a perfect and clean hotel.
The receptionists speak perfect English and even the cleaning ladies understand the basics.

I loved all the trees on the complex. The staff were very friendly and
helpful. I loved the Marguritas and the bartender made sure they were
perfect! Much appreciated. -
