Needed a place at the airport.it is in terminal 1 domestic but has a
free shuttle to terminal 2 every 20 minutes. It was clean,modern and
very comfortable and efficient place to stay for that purpose. Very
nice gym,great equipment,even better than the w that we stayed in in
polanco district, -

It is the closest hotel to the airport. You do not need to wait for shuttle to take you there from terminal 1.Taxi service is good. No need to cue for airport taxis.
Confortable beds.Recommended if you find a good rate, otherwise I would try other options -

the stuff at the hotel was really nice and helpfull.when i ordered food to the room they brought it quickly and it was very good.hotel is just next to the airport and there is a bridge going from the airport right to the hotel so it is very comfortable and safe. -

I was so tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., I got a quick meal at the restaurant, changed into my sleep shirt got into bed and slept 9 hours straight (I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. the next morning). Hotel veramente buono come posizione, servizi, - I found the staff to be very friendlya nd helpful. The shuttle serviceto the airport was extremely useful and saved money on taxis. - The staff were wonderful and the food was good. It was quiet when I was in the restaurant and I felt very comfortable there.

Very conveniently located for Mex City airport, took us only 5 minutes
to get there in the early hours of the mroning. Also, the hotel had been
recently renovated and the room and bathroom were to a high standard,
excellent value for money. -

The hotel was very nice, clean, and upscale. It was also fairly quiet. The staff was very nice, professional, and spoke good English. The food their was also very good; the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and tasty, and the dinner menu was good. -

99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The
breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all
great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite
and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had

the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures
of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was
perfect. -
The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends. We plan to return to Mexico City next year and we will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn. -
