  The rooms are very clean. The idea of not having a lot of carpeting is good as the room doesn't feel dusty. No cigarette smell which is great. Love the shower. The air-conditioning is great. Very cold. The honey ginger drink at the lobby is refreshing. good idea as Penang is hot in the afternoons.   Very relaxed and easy all over, friendly and helpfull personnel. Room was clean and functional. - Good sized room even though it was only a "studio". Nice view. Staff were polite, well presented and welcoming.
