Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. Ignore any bad comments about breakfast, it is right next door and the

I like scurity, and the system of hotel for more comfartable stay - The location and staff very helpful. Easy parking availability.

2) Also very near to PWTC and 3 train stations.
3) There is a big beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
4) Theres WiFi in the apt.

It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections.
Personnel were very accommodating.

We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service.

The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator
in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very
attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and
Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is
friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of
it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.

The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall. So that's a huge bonus. -

The location was fantastic - Just above the pavilion shopping centre and close to lots of good restaurants etc.
Also the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities was very good for a family with young children.
Very spacious apartment and all rooms were very clean and daily cleaning service was offered.
