  We had a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur on our way from Europe to Indonesia. We chose Moon Eleven because of its location close to the airport, good price and very good references. We simply loved this place with real home atmosphere!   Staff was well trained and good english speaking staff. Liked the location of the hotel as it was located outside the city. Good place to stay for honeymoon. Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. So I called letsbo - Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!
