Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food.
One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya.

The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.
