Alhamdulillah, the food was great, bed are comfy, toilet are clean, friendly staff (not all of them friendly to me), room service are good. it is nearby pwtc, about 5-10minutes walk. -

I was stayed 2 days in Family dormitory room. Room was clean &
comfortable except the train sound at night time.but its not much
problem. The toilet is no lock & visible at bottom.with out our

The staff were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. The room for a really good size for 3 people with a view of the local market, mosque and the Petronas Towers in the distance. Fantastic location virtually opposite the monorail so easy to get to from the airport (via the KLIA Ekpress). Interesting area with lots of shops, restaurants. The market down the side street was an amazing experience - don't miss this! This hotel is highly recommended.

Its a place that provides you a nice, clean environment at a very reasonable cost. The room we stayed in had all the basics you'd need for a 2-3 day stay. Staff was very helpful and considerate. The berjaya times square was a few mins walking distance that linked with the metro rail and it made it very easy to visit different places in KL. -

The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight. I would recommend this

the staff were all good and helpful, there was a time where we accidentally broke the shower pipe and the staff immediately come to the rescue and provide extra cloth to wipe some wet area due to the broken pipe, without our request :) and the interior design was quite awesome -
