Loved the breakfast formula (in fridge evening before). Spa and Japanese restaurant just nearby.   The staff are exceptionally friendly and always there to help. I have booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no additional cost. On the last day of the tour, one of the restaurent staff notice that my son was not feeling well. Will definitely come back to this resort for my subsequent visit - On arrival we were upgraded to a large family villa on the ground floor which had everything we needed with excellent housekeeping staff. The location of the Holiday/Federal Villa on Pantai Tengah Beach is perfect....Great for families
