The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future. - The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. The hotel was full of Olde world charm and a lovely place to stay.The staff were polite gentle and very helpful.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.The location was excellent near everything .We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and will definitely stay here again. -

We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill

Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts.
Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment.
Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim.
Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast.
