my children really like staying in the chalet type...this was such a new experience for them. They enjoyed the swimming pool and of course the beach as well. Easy to get outside food. Will stay here for next visit.

This hotel is a bit old fashion and looks like not managed well in term of the hotel condition but that was not a problem for me as long as the basic things were provided.

The swimming area in the sea must be protected, my friend was bitten by a jellyfish there.
Recently changed hands; much restoration is needed to bring it back to what it was. Dependent on a beach bar for alcohol.
Hot water shower was not working. WIFI poor reception and shaky reception.
Your kettle very old, not safe to use.

Old..stuffy..mouldy..and a frog shared our bathroom!!
Only had the electric water kettle, cups..but to make what? No coffee/ tea supplied.
Food at the restaurant a bit too expensive for its kind of services.
And the cook/chef couldn't make alterations to the existing menu.
Hmm...was told that the old management took over just a few months ago. Needs a make over.. a real big one!.
This hotel shouldn't be given any star..poor facilities..dirty..never again..
This hotel should have a facelift! Toilet was dirty, the bowl has stain in it, the shower foam is brownish black in color which I think has turned color from its original form, the room has pungent smell.. It wasn't a good experience for us.
