spacious rooms; comfortable beds; great swimming pools -- especially children's pool with slide; very clean; friendly staff

kitchen didn't have basic items: dish soap, dish clothes, cups and dishes suitable for young children (everything was breakable)

1) It is in the neighbouhood where cheap wholesale goods can be found. 2) Also very near to PWTC and 3 train stations. 3) There is a big beautiful pool and jacuzzi. 4) Theres WiFi in the apt. 5) Vigilant security. 6) Fully furnished kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove, electric kettle, plates, cups, forks & spoons). 7) Breezy check in and check out with not much questions asked.

The Sunway Putra Mall (previously The Mall) which is within 2 mins walking distance was closed for major renovation. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Staff made the apartment available before the scheduled 12.00 time. Pool was attractive. Mini-mart was useful.

Location, facilities, security, very spacious

cleanliness outside the rooms need to be improved, lighting at the corridor not sufficient

Surrounding facilities were mostly universal. There's a 24/7 minimart, a nice big pool, LRT station nearby. The rooms were clean. Full set of plates/cups/microwave and etc if you prefer cooking for yourself. The staff - the only person we dealt with actually - was very kind and easy going. Overall the apartments are a bit run down, but mostly functional.

Kitchen sink drain was jammed, so we washed glasses and plates in the bathroom sink. Not much of a problem but needs fixing. The is no sign on the gate about the Serviced Apartments and the guards did know nothing. The fact that we met the administrator and found his office is more a coincidence. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was working very loud, like vacuum cleaner, so had to switch it off to get normal sleep.

* the location is close to LRT station * the staffs are very helpful * the shop delivers 24 hours service, complete n cheap items * clean rooms, complete kitchenette * save stay

the airport shuttle could not drop us on Sunday.. others are great to stay

Nice clean apartment with all basic facilities.

The complete set of ammenites, which I find it difficult to find in other service apartment. Especially kitchen ammenites.

The noise from the LRT, it continue until early morning. Which makes resting very difficult.

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments. For a family with three young boys I found the train/monorail conveniently located and the pool wonderful to relax in. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They organised day trips for us and transport to Klia.

The building is in need for some renovation. Everything is very clean but the bathrooms are a little run down, especially the ceilings.

It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections. Personnel were very accommodating. I can't think of any major dislike. very minimal and it will be non-sense to talk about.

Clean, mini market inside condo was convenient. Spacious rooms. Good location.

Swimming pool slide gave us bruises. Ac in one of the room did not work.

The room is very spacious and location is near to PWTC station.

The baby crib that we paid for was faulty and the air conditioner in the living room was not working.
