The owner was very nice and accommodating. I wish we have stayed longer because the place was perfect (clean facilities, good location - about 5-10 mins away from Petronas Tower and walking distance from a metro station). I would definitely go back to Jia's Residences!. The owner response was excellent and Mr. Luis is very cooperative person. 1. the fact that the owner accepted late check-out 2. the apt is big and good for family stay, new furniture.
