Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they said it was ok, this was a really nice thing to us! There was many nice places to eat near the hotel.

There was no meat to put to bread at breakfast. Drinks were very expensive in hotel bar. Hotel was a little outside of the town but taxis were cheap.

The hotel is almost a five star hotel with 3 star prices. I was not expecting it to be that good. The staff was very courteous. I wanted to use the business facilities, like some printing and internet cafe and they charge me anything for that.

The hotel is a bit far from the major attractions, but since I had my own car so no trouble.

When I did make the booking in this hotel, I did realize that this hotel is in the George town which make everything I need available. Unfortunately, this town is very crowded and traffic mostly all time. For holiday, it is better to have a stay out of the city for more comfort. On the other hand, I recommend this hotel for someone who is traveling for business.

No Japanese news paper are provided. Bearkfast contents are poor which is same like a other 3~4 star hotel in the sity.

There was a hotel staff who came knocking at my door on the firstevening of my stay. He kept asking me to open the door rudely withoutintroducing himself. He then only asked me whether I received my extrabed and still insisted that I should open my door to let him check. Irefused. In the end he left.

nothing, i feel regret to choose this hotel. I tough this 5 star hotel is really on good standard but it is out of my mind.

the staff check in us to the room which already been ocupied by other guests. luckily the guest is not in the room at that moment. It is really shame for 5 star hotel to do this mistake, when we asked, the staff explain the forgot to enter the guest details in the system so they tough the room is empty. The louge also very very poor, the live band performance is really dissapointed, cant sing well
