The family room quite spacious and be able to accommodate 6 of us (me, my wife and 4 of my young children). Everything was good, the bathroom, family hall, cleanliness, etc. The breakfast have many choices, local and western. We had our dinner at the nearby restaurant (Gambang Town) as the food at the coffee house was a bit expensive. We would rather safe the money for other things instead.
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » my wife and I went on A weekend relaxation trip of two nights and two days with son daughter in law and two grandkids of 5 & 3 years of age.the kids and grandkids had A good time in the water park. the familysuite was very clean and all of us had A memorable trip. Everything, stayed in a studio room, very clean and the beds can fit me, my hubby and 2 small children. Breakfast is ok, more to local taste, my children loved the hotel pool, it is huge and child friendly. Overall would stay here again. Staff was friendly They upgraded my room from studio to family when their room was not ready Nice waterpark but quite packed Nice pool... De kids loved it. The surrounding - non peak session, not many people, good for relaxing, every where nearby can reach by walking... the staff and the management are pretty good when we ask for another room.the process doesnt take much time. The room, the entertainment provided and the staff hospitality. Room concept (practical space for a family), the pool. Room very spacious & clean Facilities excellent. spacious room comfortable for big family.The hotel room is quite clean. Foods are okay. New apartment and enough parking and staff are friendly and helpful,a lot of parking bay. The room was spacy and children frendly.... Good getaway for kids. Surprisingly, you have to pay rm5 per extra towel requested. After some quarrel, the house keeper only gave me 1 extra towel foc!! Ridiculous policy. But I have checked in their website, there was nothing mentioned about the chargeable towel except for a set of extra coffee and tea sachets. No nearby township within 30km. The corridor of the suite is rather dark, should be brighter... a lil bit confuse about the phone ext num system in the room..lastly call the operator n have to wait n sometimes, nobody answer.. the buffet breakfast should be more variety like in carribean bay resort. Room housekeeping, safe box was not working. Corridor light should be on during day time since it was dark to walk to room from lift. aircond not cool. staff at coffee area are not friendly tell us to eat within 10 minute as their are want to close that breakfast time. no provide toileteries item in bathroom. better put atelevesion in living room compare to put televesion in bedroom. provide more variety of television channel as the location are far away from kuantan town. Poor facility. Water leaking from air conditioning. Sliding door at balcony was unable to lock. Corridor was dark and no light on.Amenities are incomplete. The channel in TV is too little. Should have at least NTV7 or 8TV or HBO or StarMovies.The corridor should have the lights on by day. I suggest that the hotel needs some free facilities for the guests, such as a free movie room for kids. The hotel should have free newspapers every morning on every room's doorstep. There aren't any slippers for us. Most importantly, why does extra pillow need extra money!!. Check in very late,should be 2pm instead of 3pm couse of swimming pool close at 7pm sharp. The breakfast is worst part as we went at 8 am everything have finished... they should separete their restraunt with carrebean hotel.... too crowded. Room service took almost one hour. Slow wifi.
