  Mutiara covers all international 4star standards. Reception team is very helpfull and check-in and -out is fast. I generall all personnel is very friendly. Spacious rooms, clean, some engl. Pool side is ok to refresh and to rela - A very old hotel, perhaps the biggest in JB with link to the mall next door. Easy access to/from highways, thus avoiding the jam on Tebrau Road. It has been extensively refurbished and upgraded. Love the big room, huge twin beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices

  Friendly front desk. Rooms are accessible only by room key card system when using the lift and car park. Very good & safe. Their 2 room apartment was very clean, comfortable. Ours was facing the waterfront. Beautiful! This apartment is highly recommended for families. Quiet area (housing)had a good sleep during my holidays.They even offered an... cosa dice la gente » extra pillow when requested. Good breakfast inclusive of their best Dim Sum. But overall, given me a choice, I wouldnt mind coming back here for a go - The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :) Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food. Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.
