  Staff attitide is excellent. I would like to thanks the staff who work at the night shift (around 12am). There's no parking available but staffs tried their best to find the parking lot for me. I did not expect I will have such high standard of service when staying at budget hotel. Although its at cheaper rate, the facilities is the best among all... cosa dice la gente » budget hotel!! Strongly recommend!! - Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was there during weekends and requested them to book a cab for me. No cab wanted to come to fetch me due to the location and the "boss" told me that if needed he will send me to the place I intend to go. I did not ask for his help but when I was going back after checkout, he send me back to the shopping center nearby.

  I like that the staffs are quite responsive and they do follow up with your bookings to confirm reservations. Other than this, nothing needs compliment.

  We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. It has a wonderful set of young and very helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we commend it for the excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and we were happy with the attached bathroom. Two are within walking distance. - Friendly staffs, all basic things like towel, toothbrush, tv with programmes to watch, the hotel is nicely designed. Extra door before the lift for extra security. Lift buttons are touch sensors, very cool. Basin for handwash before lift. The basin is just what I need when my hands are oily from the breakfast in the hotel.
