We stayed in Classic 500 for 7 nights. The apartment is huge and well equipped - washer/dryer, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave cum convection oven, etc. It is indeed home away from home. The staff are generally good in English and is able to understand what we want. The accommodation is next to Lotte Department Store and Starcity.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid, we got a huge apartment with a big living room and bed room. Really felt like we were staying at our own home. The clean, modern design is wonderful. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. WIth our 9 months old baby crawling around every where, it was nice that the floor was wood & marble. The bed in the bedroom is also huge that literally you can fit 3-4 people on it if you are a family. The bed was also super comfortable

comfortable down bedding. Free wireless, US-style outlet, great quality
toiletries. Basement level has full supermarket, shops, subway access.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just stayed there for the 3rd year

The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and discovered the roof top terrace for a quick breakfast.I would highly recommend the place for a family or simply for someone looking for a low key kind of hotel that makes you fee like you are payingthe big money.

This hotel is location, location, location. We stayed on the 17th floor ehich id executive or club floor. The hotel rooms were recently upgraded and they were lovely. I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. I would stay there again as it was in the centre of the town but we only had one night so not much time to get about sigh

Fabulous staff -- professional, friendly and extremely helpful, a really topnotch crew. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really happy here.

Seoul Palace offered a luxury hotel at a reasonable rate through letsbookhotel.com. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. The hotel is a cheap cab ride away from a lot of good spots like Gangnam, Myeongdong and Itaewon (especially for Americans). -
