Facilities at the hotel are as good as anywhere I have stayed.
Staff are extremely well trained, friendly and helpful.

Love the Plaza! The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and the rooms compact but comfortable. You can tell the class of hotel from the Hermes toiletries and the Nespresso coffee machine alone - not to mention the Eric Kayser pastries for breakfast. -

The price level at Pierre Gagnaire is very fair. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service. The restaurant manager Alexandre is perfect for the job. -

We had a good staying in this hotel, especially the front desk allowed us to checkin early at 7h30am in the morning when we took a night flight from Hanoi to Seoul.

Actually it's my first visit to seoul, I've attended a conference at coex convention center that's make the location of the hotel amazing. We stayed in Classic 500 for 7 nights. The apartment is huge and well equipped - washer/dryer, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave cum convection oven, etc. It is indeed home away from home. The staff are generally good in English and is able to understand what we want. The accommodation is next to Lotte Department Store and Starcity.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid, we got a huge apartment with a big living room and bed room. Really felt like we were staying at our own home. The clean, modern design is wonderful. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. WIth our 9 months old baby crawling around every where, it was nice that the floor was wood & marble. The bed in the bedroom is also huge that literally you can fit 3-4 people on it if you are a family. The bed was also super comfortable
