I liked just about everything; however service stands out. The staff was incredibly helpful, from helping us with restaurants to carrying our bags to the airport bus stop. The hotel was clean, everything was new and well taken care-of. The location is great, it is very close to a metro station and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Gangnam station. It is incredible value. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Seoul.

and on the direct ride from the korean airline limousine bus from the
airport (very convenient). The staff is very smiley and helpful, hotel

Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting.
The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.
