I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr

Easy transfer from the airport by airport bus limousine.
Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
Room size was large by Tokyo standards and the bathroom was lovely.
Coucagno was also amazing, can recommend the degustation menu.

Like all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, the Prince Sakura Hotel had exceptional service. What made this hotel stand out was the size of our room. We had 3 adults staying in one room and it easily accommodated all of us, as well as had room for a sitting area (third bed was a pull out couch). The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower stall

The hotel is clean , safe, nice view, comfort with very helpful staff. They have tried their best to help us about our problems 24 hr. This is a luxury hotel , easy to access and relaxing . After a long day of traveling around , you can relax in a jaguzzi with warm and flower bath salt. The staff professionally help me ship parcels to the next hotel in Osaka. The shuttle bus from Shinagawa station is also helpful. This hotel is much better than excellent.

I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The staff is of course very friendly courteous.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.

spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Staff generally were nice and helpful. But girl at concierge impressed us most. We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.
