Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The staff is of course very friendly courteous.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.

Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional

The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable!
I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. Staff generally were nice and helpful. But girl at concierge impressed us most. We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.

What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

We really liked the hotel and we would totally recommend it. It was situated centrally in Tokyo so it is with easy reach with the JR train to the main parts of the city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean and new. I heard bedrooms in Tokyo are small but this one had enough room for us, bed against the wall but 2 big suitcases opened

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. From Reception onwards its all very polite friendly, helpful and comfortable. Breakfast for the price is very good, very convenient location not too busy just nice and quiet and very easily accessible to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Rail Station is just a hop step and a jump away. Post office, bakeries, seven eleven, eating restaurants are within walking distance. Staff excellent and helpful in getting around Tokyo.

Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that!

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise. Easy to find if you follow signs to Yaesu side of Tokyo station (not the Marunouchi side) then to Yaesu North exit from where there

perfect for tourists as well as those "otaku's" like
myself ;).
This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back again on my next trip to Japan next year.
If you are in Akihabara and in need of a place to stay, don't look elsewhere. Remm Akihabara might just be the best one for you.
