  We had a 1 month trip around Japan :- Tokyo(Asakusa), Tokyo(Yokahama), a cruise, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka & back via Helsinki. Throughout Japan we were impressed by the politeness, friendliness & cleanliness & we are sure all hotels at all levels meet the same standards. It is however a unique experienc - Hotel is a quiet and peaceful haven in a busy, interesting area, just minutes away from many things to see and excellent traditional shopping. Staff are helpful, although it will help if you can speak a little Japanese. I have stayed in their tatami rooms before and this time stayed in a single (western style) room which was spacious for a single. Good to have free wifi, unlike many hotels. Tip - buy the koto cd at the reception desk as a memento.

  The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay. The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up while we were out that day - wifi is free. Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

  This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. Large futons, nice pillows, heavy curtains to block the light from entering the sleeping room, made us sleep very well.
