  Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. Convenience store within the hotel had food and drinks, wh... cosa dice la gente » ich was very convenient. - We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. There is a coin laundry on site, but the dryer seems to take a ... cosa dice la gente » long time. Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it. We heard no noi - - very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins - Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient! - we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front
