We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb.
We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.

Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it.

- very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins
- Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient!
- we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

The bed were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and
easily accessed from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful.If

Hotel is a quiet and peaceful haven in a busy, interesting area, just
minutes away from many things to see and excellent traditional shopping.
Staff are helpful, although it will help if you can speak a little
Japanese. I have stayed in their tatami rooms before and this time
stayed in a single (western style) room which was spacious for a single.
Good to have free wifi, unlike many hotels. Tip - buy the koto cd at the
reception desk as a memento.

The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. It was a 10 min walk from the Shinagawa station on JR line providing easy access to the city areas like Harujuku,Tokyo Station, Shinjuku without the hassle of changing to another Metro line. The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing! Staff was wonderful, spoke
excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in
our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet
breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western &
Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa
station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So
very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

This is a Lovely ryokan style hotel in Asakusa. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a lovley (green) tea set and Cold water supplied (I cheated by making black tea...). The baths on second floor aren't very big, but not crowded at all. We also had a bathroom in our room.

The hopsitality and efficiency of staff. Parking avalaible. The room
size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo.
Basic and toiletries are clean and sufficient. The Jap bfast was good
traditional taste and serving. Hver, the main dish of fish was small
with too many bones. Hver good service that gives us good Jap
atmosphere. Lastle the efficiency of booking .com. Close to Ginza for
shopping. The nearby shops and eateries are good eg ramen (miso)
