Great position. Easy to get to from station. Easy bus to Disneyland. Safe area. Great to have washer and dryer available to guests.
Staff couldn't make a tour booking for me in Japanese, don't think they were allowed to use their phone for external call.
Location was very convenient. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
As I am rather big size, I wish that the beds could be a big bigger but it was manageable.
The breakfast is good,and I like it.
1. Proximity to bus station/train station (2 short blocks away). 2. Free breakfast (simple but satisfying even if it was the same thing everyday- sausage, hard boiled eggs, croissants, marble bread, kaiser rolls, potato salad, juices, cereal, milk, coffee). 3. Free Wi-Fi in rooms. 4. Coin laundry on some floors. 5. Pajamas/bed room slippers/child size toothbrushes available for children. 6. Really cold in-room refrigerator 7. cold air conditioner 8. English speaking staff. 9. extra amenities available for self serve near the elevator (iron/ironing board, pillows, pajamas, slippers, etc.) 10. 15-20 min. away from Disneyland using the bus. This is a hotel to stay at if your purpose is Disneyland. it takes about 25 minutes on the train to get to Tokyo but only 50 minutes from Narita Airport using the Keisei Airport Limosine at 1500 Yen each way.

It was near kasai train station,near convenience store like 7eleven family mart there was a mcdonald and kfc opposite the hotel.near to the bus station that goes to and back from disneyland.breakfast was good sausage bread eggs.
Most local doesnt speak english and difficult to locate to exchange money my advice change it from the airport
