  The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Also everyone at the front desk spoke English, which for us was a great bonus. We had a room with breakfast included, which was a delicious & varied buffet of Western & Japanese choices. This made for great value for us. There is a washing machine / dryer in the room!   Fantastic location a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochōme station. The hotel itself is clean, the room was quite large and the facilities (internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, proper knife for cutting things) were excellent. As others have mentioned, the breakfast is quite simple - b - The room and bathroom was a reasonable size compared with other Tokyo hotels where there is pretty much just enough room for a bed. We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.

  We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk. When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle. We were lucky about the parking a - The hotel is located just on the outskirts of busy Shibuya. Everything (shopping, food, transport) is within a very close range. Some reviews complain about the room only being cleaned daily for stays under six days and weekly for longer stays. We stayed for eight nights and enjoyed that you didn't worry about the clean

  Ottima posizione e personale gentile - great location, near the metro/train station but on a quiet street with restaurants and convenience stores, washer/dryer in the room, very helpful staff with a manager that spoke very good english, decent breakfast at the restaurant below - - quite comfortable and clean
