Our flight was delayed and we arrived past 10:30 pm, but they still had the free shuttle to the hotel running until 11:00 pm (later than other hotels). This is our second stay at this Hotel. It is clean comfortable and very convenient for Narita airport. One can walk to it easily in 8/9 minutes or there is a regular shuttle bus. This hotel allows check in from 1.00 pm so one can drop off luggage and head into Narita-san (by train from the airport) to visit the amazing Shinshoji-temple. This temple is often missed yet, with it's many colourful and varied buildings, beautiful lakeside and woodland walks it has much more to offer than many of it

Perfect location, great value, courtesy shuttles to shopping centre,
Narita Town and Shrine, plus 2 way airport transfers. Shuttles ran
regularly. Had a fantastic afternoon in Narita Town and visited Shrine
which was the most amazing I have seen in Japan so far, very peaceful
and not crowded. Easy check in and check out. We had dinner at the hotel
and it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again. A great

Stayed overnight for morning flight next day. Room was huge with lounge area - by far nicest and biggest place we stayed in Japan (for our budget). Shuttle bus to airport excellent. Free breakfast. We missed dinner but the hotel has instant noodles/drinks/snack vending machines so at least you can eat something -

Smooth and quick service when checking in and out on our last night in Japan where I and my sister spend travelling independently around you lovely country for three weeks. Very comfortable room with lovely view of the dawn. Very quiet and restful nights' sleep. -

Great location to Narita Airport with regular free shuttle buses to the hotel and return. Very efficient shuttle, Best check in of any hotel we stayed, we flew Jal and they own the hotel and a staff member came up to my husband and said I believe you have special dietary requirements, obviously linked to the airline who provided gluten free food for the flight. He insisted the restaurant manager come and organise a suitable meal for us that evening. Very obliging, even gave us a senior price for the food.Overall a good experience and we would return when next in Narita.

Really convenient to arrive at Narita after a long flight, and be taken
by shuttle bus straight to the hotel for a good night's sleep. The
hotel was clean and all the staff were very polite and friendly. The bar
serves good light snacks. You can see the airport from the hotel but
don't worry about any noise. -

Convenient & close to Narita airport, with a free and timely shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Room was clean & comfortable, sand good food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. As a hotel to stay while transiting between flights overnight, the Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport hotel was a good choice. -

Price and convenience. We live in Japan, and our return from the USA via Seoul had us arriving at 9:00 p.m. and we knew we'd be worn out. All we needed was a bed before traveling home the next day, and we thought the online price through letsbookhotel.com without breakfast at 4800 yen (US$50) for two people was an astounding bargain for Japan.

Our flight to Japan was delayed...great I as able to book in this hotel. They have a free shuttle bus that pick us up from the arport to the hotel. Very convenient! Hotel is clean and with free wi-fi connections. They also have a convenient store that allows us to buy some food. Overall the people and hotel is above my expectations.

Since we are a family of four, I had to book two rooms and for the price I got a very good deal. The rooms were small but I knew it when I booked but there was still a little sofa in teh room where a child could sleep.
The rooms were clean and the shower was great. Also the rooms had bidet which was a plus.

hotel" very posh. Lovely place. I liked the wee garden with the
patio even though it was too windy to use it when I was there. There
are a couple very posh resturants which I didn't use but there is
also a less pricey eatery on the basement level and you can also always
get hot chips from the vending machine. Also coin laundry to use. The
room was very nice and had the deepest bath I have ever met. There is

Almost everything. Especially the big pool which I could use free of Charge (which is not often the case in Japan). Very friendly and kind of special atmosphere in the hotel, staff seems less distant-polite than is often the case in Japan, but more individual-authentic-friendly. Maybe the fact that a lot of American airline crew stay here actually

Our one year old LOVED the inside play area and the playground outside! This should be advertised on the hotel description. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of just one. Our stay was excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and reliable.

Easy to locate shuttle bus pick up and drop-off points with frequent bus
services back n forth Narita Airport (rail station), throughout the day,
connecting to the rest of Japan's rail network is extremely helpful
for first time travelers. The double room (with a single large bed) is
quite well furnished, cozy, very well maintained and clean. Awes

Don't really understand the complaints of many other reviewers. The host is just concerned about the other guests. It's not really a party hostel but who just needs a good rest after/before a flight won't find a better place in Narita. The facilities and cleanliness are top notch. -
