Immaculately clean, great staff, room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely would stay here again. Direct train to Kansai Airport (Haruka Express) and 1 stop from Osaka station. Great place to stay on your last day cause the hotel will keep your bags for you and then you can go direct to the

Rooms have magnificent views of the city, river, mountains & sunset / sunrise. - The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.
