  The best hotel we stayed in and the best all round value. Right near the station and Universal studios. Big room with views of either Osaka Bay or Universal Studios. Perfect spot to visit the Aquarium, Giant Ferris Wheel,and markets in the Bay Area and also for the theme park. Ticket desk sells all the tickets you need in the area. We had three beds in our room and there was still room for three suitcases and space to sit in - Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and our room looked out over Universal Studios which was great! We stayed there for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios and the aquarium and it was perfectly located. They sell universal studios tickets in the hotel lobby which was so convenient and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.   The Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on my group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and had to transfer to Shin-Osaka to catch our bullet train to Nagoya. I believe his name was Mr. Sakaguchi who called for a quotation for 2 jumbo taxis.   Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
