Very near to Esaka Station (easy for me to remember the hotel location).
Lawson convenient store is just across the street.
The room is quiet, comfortable and clean. WiFi is accessible in my room. I enjoy the breakfast very much.
I did my laundry at the first branch, Sunny Stone Hotel, which is just 5 minutes walk from Dai-ni Sunny Stone Hotel.

It's a very affordable hotel.The room and private bathroom are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is fresh. The staffs were helpful. They cleaned the room everyday. They even provided kimono for us everyday.

I choose Osaka as lodge for my trip to Kobe/Nara/Tokyo. As such
I intend to select hotel near shin osaka while this hotel attracted me
by its compelling price. Single non smoking room only cost less than
Yen3700/night (I.E. hk$300), which is even cheaper than most of
capsule hotels in downtown of Osaka.

The location is not too far from the subway station 東三國. The original standard room we booked was too small for two of us. Luckily, there is a bigger room avaialabe and the front desk lady was willing to change us to a bigger room with additional fee.
The wifi is receivable in the room.
There is not much shopping around the hotel. This area is more for local resident area.

gathers the jr lines for Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara... Very central. -

Housekeeping did an excellent job. Relatively late checkout time of 12pm
which is good. As this is a business hotel, had english papers to read

Fantastic position inside Shin Osaka station. It is next to the central
gate for the Shinkansen on level 3. Look for the Coffee Shop to the left
of the gate - it's close to that. Immaculately clean, great staff,
room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely
would stay here again. Direct train to Kansai Airport (Haruka Express)
and 1 stop from Osaka station. Great place to stay on your last day

Nice hotel close to shin-osaka station (shinkansen trains). Great location to visit Kyoto (14' minutes away) owning a JR pass when hotels are full or not cheap. It's good for solo traveller like me. The facilities were good and clean enough. I enjoyed staying there. But it takes time to find hotel at first I dont know what route to take to hotel. Staff cant speak English much but they are willing to help at anything.

Staff Was well organized and helpfull.
Room was made for travelers with not so much luggage.
Internet connection was perfect (LAN cable). WiFi seems to be availlable but we
did not use it.

We stayed here because reasonably priced accommodation in Kyoto was
booked out. The location is perfect if you want to be near Shin Osaka
station and take the 15 minute train ride to Kyoto (using Japan Rail
Pass) every day. You do need to exit the east exit of Shin Osaka Station
to find the hotel easily. It is signposted as you go down the station

The room was great, just right for a solo traveller. There was a nice big bed, a tv just the right size and a little pot for boiling water and making a nice cup of green tea. The location is good as well, even though it isn't in Osaka city itself. But it is right across the road from Shin-Osaka station which is a big interchange with the subway and Shinkansen. Breakfast was included in my room rate which was great, it meant I started each day on a full tummy!
