  Our family of 4 had the apt near San Samuele. The 2 bdrms were on the 2nd floor and the kit/dining, livingroom were on the 3rd. We remained in communication by text right up to the time we arrived in Piazzale Roma ready for the ten minute walk to the flat, and she was exactly where she said she would be. Hossep, the manager, was the most helpful person ever, the appartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The location is fantastic, next to the most beautiful church in Venice and looking out onto the lagoon with views of Murano. And a hop and a skip from the vaporetto stop. Beautifully quiet but with facilities nearby and within easy walking distance of the tourist areas (if you are up for that sort of thing). Loved it, loved it!!

We felt very com - We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
