  Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby).   La colazione molto buona, anche la camera confortabile - e' molto vicino alla ferrovia, e secondo me e' un bene..visto che non c'e' molto da camminare con i bagagli, il personale e' molto cortese, e la camera pulita!

  Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

  Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location-a walking distance to St.Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, the vaporetto station to Murano, Burano etc, also to Lido is quite close-about 10min walk, the bus station at Piazzale Roma is at reasonable distance -about 20min walk. some supermarkets as Billa and Coop are also very close. The big advantage- there ... cosa dice la gente » is no reception in this hotel, although we didn't need it as all the guests were really nice..Would highly recommend! - Location is perfect: quiet street on the channel verge; 15-20 min walk from railway station S.L.; 5 min walk from supermarket Billa and from Vaporetto stop. Small, comfortable hotel with nice interier in the old Venetian style. Friendly staff. Hotel At Leonard helped us to know this wonderful and unforgettable city from another beauty side!
