Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. The hotel itself is lovely with its feeling of the old days but updated for today. Its location could not have been better with a view to dream of and a short way to everywhere in Sorrent

vista ,simpatia - The hotel was superb with the staff being very freindly , the location and views were stunning ! - We really liked the location,it was an easy 7-10 minute to Piazza Tasso, but far enough away to have a great view of the bay and be peaceful at night.We also walked to the Circumvesuviana Station(15-18 min.) regularly for our trips

Staff was very friendly, especially Massimiliano. We arrived on the wrong day and reception was closed, he came from his restaurant and helped us out. Called our hotel in Praiano to confirm that we still have a booking and escorted us personally to the train station.

-The rooms are big, clean and excellent
-The bathroom is clean
-No lift, only stairs. They will help to take our luggage by luggage lift, but if you have problem with your health to take stairs, you have to consider this or you can ask for the room downstair
-The internet line not strong enough if you use it in the room

Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento

crazy/busy. Felt like a country bed & breakfast, except almost
in the heart of a town. But the real benefit for us was the quality and
friendliness of the two hosts, Marco and Davide. These guys were
genuinely committed to our comfort, nothing was too much trouble. They
were also relaxed and good-humored with lots of tips on where to
go/to eat etc - t

Excellent location not far from train station.No breakfast area but rooms have kettle and there are yogurts and fruit drinks left in fridge each day,there is also a basket of chocolate bars and bruschetta .
