Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, free WIFI and free parking. Good location.
Our room was in 1st floor, so there was sometimes noice from the street.
Close to the train and bus station but station is difficult to find at first so get specific detailed instructions.Helpful staff.Good breakfasts. Ten to fifteen minutes to heart of down town. Good advice from staff about local restaurants.

The hotel was very convenient for the centre, was incredibly clean and served a good range of food for breakfast.
Only minor complaint was being in the room next to the lift which made the room slightly noisy - thank goodness for the earplugs!

When I got to Sorrento I was tried and wished I picked a more comfortable hotel something to sit by the pool as the room was the smallest I had and was forced to be out all the time and this was the last of my tour. But I had some of the best experiences in Sorrento being out the whole time. It was very close to Plaza Tasso and shopping is great.
No mini bar and it was summer and it would of been nice to have a cold bottle of water.

Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. They help with tours, maps etc. Will stay here again. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.

Hard to find the hotel using a GPS
The hotel and breakfast were lovely. They parked our car for us in their free lot and the walk down to the main streets was very very short. I enjoyed the blue decor. This is not a hotel for "the views"---but they don't advertise that way either.
The Hotel was in a great location just above the town centre and easy for getting around. The staff were always attentive and on hand to give advice and help. The breakfast was good and plentiful the rooms were cleaned every day and bed linen changed regularly. It was friendly clean and well situated and i would recommend it to anyone who is on a short break. It is not the height of luxury and the rooms were large but no frills, a good telly, wardrobe and a table, very comfortable bed and chest of draws tiled throughout the bathroom and floor in all areas. The hotel does have a lounge and bar but this is very bright and we only realised there was a bar on the last day, which incidentally was much cheaper than any other drinking place in Sorrento. A great place to stay if your there to do a sight seeing trip for Pompeii Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Capri and Amalfi coast. Oh and dont miss the Sorrento Musical Dinner and show was well worth it

The hotel is situated convenient to the town centre from which it lies uphill, and is close to the railway and bus terminals. Breakfast is good, consisting of a range of pastries, cut meats, eggs, and fruit etc. And good coffee! There is a lift which is very helpful re baggage.
Accommodation is rather spartan and the hotel lacks warmth, mainly due to the fact that the staff clearly do not prefer those guests who do not speak Italian or hail from Italy. One must be aware of Herr Kommandant Carlos who patrols and oversees the breakfast room with a Stasi-like eye on the economical use of crockery, salt and pepper. All of which is a pity.

Very basic, no minibar/fridg, bar contains 1 coffee machine and oparated by the guy in the front desk, basic breakfest We got confirmation for ajescent rooms. When we got there, wev'e been told the on the same floor is asjecent...
Walking distance to main street
Finding the hotel through the narrow streets of sorrento. The man at reception was not helpful and did not seem interested in English speaking travellers. You are told your room no and where breakfast is and no more.
The staff were very nice and helpful. It was well situated close to the shops. We were okay with the hotel and would stay again
Breakfast was not available until 7.30 which is a little late when you want to pack a lot into the day. The hotel was a little tired but probably reflects in the price.

Location and the free parking
No laundry facilities, no iron to be able to iron some washed clothes, could not even direct us accurately to find the closest or any laundrette. We stayed for 6 days.

THe bathroom ceiling was full of green mold. Bed spreads were not clean. Staff was not very helpful or nice. MOrning coffee was do it yourself from a commercial machine and was horrible.

Internet did not work, we were told in was throughout Sorrento, but the Hilton next door was working fine. Very sparse furniture in the room, bed was horrible, extremely hard.
Very clean and good breakfast
Not very tolerant and rather too strict as we asked for 15 mins more to leave the room for check out but that was too much to ask for. Man at reception would only agree 10 mins which was rather petty. The cleaners hadn't even reached our floor so that left us with a bad taste upon departure. For the sake of 5 mins, was it worth upsetting what were happy customers?

The lack of friendliness, small size of rooms, noise from all over including toilets flushing felt like they were in our room, no key for parking gate after 9pm, hard beds, all in all just not our type of hotel
Hotel, rooms, breakfast, everything very basic and definitely not worth the money we paid for. The tall, dark gentleman working in the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast was very rude, he needs to be reminded he works in a hotel, and not a prison canteen. Hotel not to be recommended or go back to.
