  We like the staff who were very helpful especially Antonio who took a very good care of us during meals. He was very nice and very professional. Also a lady at the reception desk who spoked Polish, a blonde one was very nice. - Location with spectacular views. Lots of hiking and WWI history close by.   Extremely courteous multi-linguistic staff. Huge room, with space for gear (climbing trip). Best showers in any European hotel we've seen. Great local multi-course dinner for only 20 euro. Great selection for the breakfast buffet. - Good food (half board), friendly staff, walking distance to the ski lift, ski room inside the hotel, parking, bar.
