Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location in a field surrounded by mountains just outside of Pisa. They had a lift, the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. They also had a fridge with a mini bar. Breakfast was complimentary and included the croissants, lots of delicious cookies, cereals, cold meats and cheeses. They made excellent espresso and cappuccino. We arrived late but I wish we had gotten there earlier as the restaurant is meant to be excellent. All in all, it was

Struttura ben integrata ed armoniosa, immersa nel verde con palme, in posizione panoramica spettacolare. Ristorante con vista con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Stanza curata e silenziosa. Great host and breakfast and perfect location for driving around. Just 5 minutes from Pisa on car (although, Lucca and mountains around are more interesting than Pisa).
Also, there is an awesome wolf living on premises. Don't worry, he is afraid of humans, so they keep him completely separate from guest area. You won't even notice him probably.

Everything was great - nice and friendly hotel staff, unbelievable comfort, historical value of the hotel and the surroundings, food...Unfortunately I didn't use the benefits of the termal waters, but the reviews I heard from other people are more than excellent... - Everything exceeded our expectations even the dining room was excellent.

La struttura è molto bella le camere molto accoglienti e pulite. Grazie a Marco e alla sua famiglia che Ci hanno accolto con cordialità e simpatia (di questi tempi sono rimasti in pochi).
Ci hanno anche aiutato a risolvere un nostro problema senza pensarci due volte.
