Such a lovely place to stay with the best host Cynthia who really looked after us. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Freash fruit juice, lovely coffee and amazing toasted sandwiches.
We went back to collect our bags to head to the airport and got news that our flight was cancelled till the next day. Cynthia had no rooms

Staff were amazing. This is a small B&B and they made of feel very
comfortable from the start. They brought our luggage to our room, gave
us a great map and lots of recommendations for sights and local stuff.
The woman was so nice and made us the most amazing breakfast ever.
Location is amazing as its only minutes to the Vatican or a bus route
that goes directly to the colosseum area.

Excellent small new boutique hotel!
we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks.

Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water . The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. Walking distance to the Trevino, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and the Vatican. I would happily recommend it to anyone going to Rome for a few days and would stay there again. Thank you Simone for b

Everything about the Pantheon holiday was great. We arrived hours before checkout and wanted to drop off our bags but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful especially Valentina. The location was brilliant, walking distance to all the major attractions and we were so comfortable and relaxed. An awesome place to stay!

Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.
