We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.   I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well.
