Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was
great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are

The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. It is a very welcoming place in the transport hub, with all facilities close at hand and when our niece turned up from Milan to visit us unexpectedly they assisted by booking her in at a very reasonable rate at short notice. Tutto quanto ci si augura di trovare in un B&B, in termini di logistica, comfort e buon rapporto Q/P, quì c'è. Anche la semplice presenza di un bollitore per una bevanda calda veloce, denota attenzione per il cliente.
