This is a lovely little B&B. The location is wonderful. You are a
stones throw from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, its on a bustling
lovely cobbled street with minimum noise as you are a couple of levels
up. Everything is brand new and clean and decorated as you can see- with

If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. I have traveled virtually everywhere in the world and have never met a hotel staff so dedicated to serve guests. They were really wonderful with everything from travel tips to printing out documents. The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

Location is perfect for a city trip, especially for the ones who come first time like me. From Spanish steps to Vatican, and even to Colloseum, you can walk to all from here.
Modern design of the interior and the rooms gives the feeling of "you are in Rome; where the history and art meets...". Definitely advice here for all.
